Being a mother surely is everyone’s dream after marriage. But in order to be a mother, the process is never easy. You will have to plan your pregnancy to make sure you are completely ready to be a mother. Liking babies and kids will not make you a good mother but enough knowledge about motherhood will.

Take care of your health

Taking care of your health is not only for pregnancy but even before you get pregnant, you have to make sure that you are healthy. This is to make sure that you are mentally and physically capable of being pregnant for more or less 9 months. During pregnancy, go to monthly check-ups to keep updated with what is happening to you and your baby. Do not skip the medication and consult with your doctor before consuming any kind of supplement. Eat good food, do simple exercise such as walking or pregnancy yoga to help you have better control of your emotions and mental health.
